T&Cs
By practising with me you agree to these terms and conditions.
In the classes (studio or online), I will guide you and provide instruction that I am qualified to give with care and skill. My students wellbeing is at the heart of my sessions.
I am not medically trained or able to provide medical consultation or guidance, so please check with your doctor or healthcare consultant that you are fit and well to take part in the sessions.
It’s your responsibility to regularly check your medical situation and ability to join the classes. You acknowledge that any form of exercise contains a degree of risk. It is recommended that you check with your GP or healthcare provider before you start any new exercise programme. In particular, if you are (or might be) pregnant you acknowledge that this has its own inherent risks and by taking part in our session you confirm that you have been given permission by your GP or other healthcare provider to practice yoga.
I shall have no liability, for any damages, loss, or injury suffered by you or any third party as a result of your participation in the classes or except where I have failed to use reasonable care or skill.
It is your responsibility to inform me of any injuries or medical conditions before starting the practice and it will be my responsibility to provide suitable modifications or alternative positions, based on being informed about your condition.
Sound Baths and guided meditations are normally safe for all. However not advised for those who are in the first or third trimester of pregnancy, have a pacemaker, or who suffer from Menieres syndrome, have a history of psychotic episodes, or who experience epileptic seizures in the state between sleeping and waking. This is because the effect of the sound vibrations and the guided meditation can act as a trigger. You are responsible for consulting your medical practitioner before attending if you have any concerns regarding your mental or physical health, and for disclosing any such conditions before the event begins.
